Bring in your fresh catch (Fileted, deboned, scaled if skin is left on and not frozen) and our chef will prepare it for you. Have it fried, grilled, blackened or Jamaican jerk. 

For an additional charge have it how the locals like it: 
Pan seared with key lime buerre blanc sauce
Blackened with key lime buerre blanc sauce and salsa 
Francaise style with buerre blanc sauce, capers and scallions
Jalapeno encrusted with chipotle keylime sauce
Cocomo style with beurre blanc sauce, tomatoes, scallions and shredded parm

Fresh catch is served with side and coleslaw. 

Family style or individual. $14 per person. We cook 10 ounces per person and up to 4 cook styles per table (2 styles 20 oz. or less) **Additional charge for EXTRA FISH and LOBSTER.**
